Anti-Budol List 2021: DO NOT BUY!

They look too good to be true and with a price too cheap to be true. Some budol finds are worth your money while some are just worthless.

Here’s my anti-budol list for 2021. Either I bought them myself and regretted my decision. Or I spent hours checking the reviews to convince myself this item will tear my heart and my pocket.

You can also check my list of Budol Finds and Reviews. These ones are worth the penny I spent on them.

Do you have great budol finds too? Or were just useless? Let us know at the comments below.

Youpin Pinlo 350ml Portable Mini Blender – 880 PH

I almost bought this item. It is nice, portable and easy to use. But I had questions. Can it crush ice? Can I put big chucks or should it be smaller pieces only? I wanted it to crush ice but the power rating is not enough. Then, the fruits need to be cut to smaller pieces. That is time consuming. Finally, I read Pinlo Portable Mini Blender reviews that it stops working after a few months. So I avoided buying similar mini blenders.

USB LED Light Electric Insect Killer – 119 PHP

Looks nice and cheap. The explanation on how it works sounds credible also. But the actual item was not working at all. The light can be turned on but the fan was not functioning to suck the insects into it’s trap. It doesn’t look like a decent trap also. The insects can fly out eventually. There were other reviews that say it doesn’t work at all. DO NOT BUY! Or you can get mine for free. Just pay for the shipping. I want to get rid of it.

Smart Sweeping Robot Vacuum – 600 PHP

Vacuum cleaners are really great but don’t be fooled by this one. It says “smart vacuum” but there is nothing smart about it. It only has an on/off button. It has no option to program it or to have it controlled by an app. It looks more like a toy than a vacuum cleaner. Once you turn it on, you cannot control it. It moves on it’s own. No sensors. No path to follow. No collision detection. That is not smart at all. It still looks cute and fun to use though. But don’t expect the smart features.

For a real smart vacuum cleaner, read my review of the Dreame F9 instead.
